A recent post of a student from University of Lagos (UNILAG) reminding singer Rema about the commencement of examinations in school has sparked a lot of reactions from internet users.
Popular Nigerian singer, Rema, born Divine Ikubor signed to Mavin Records headed by Don Jazzy is undoubtedly having one of his best year so far as he is presently on his album, “Rave and Roses” tour.
Rema who released the “Rave and Roses” album on March 22, 2022 had competed his European tour, sold out every show in the UK, and racked a Billion streams in 8 months. Aside from tracks on the album he released and featured in several hit tracks that include, Overdose, Won Da Mo, Calm Down featuring Selena Gomez among others.
However, Rema who announced in January 2022 that he gained admission into the University of Lagos to study Creative Arts has continued to have fun with fans and enjoy making more money on his album tour despite the resumption to school since ASUU calls of strike on October 14, 2022.
Taking to his official Twitter handle, Rema while flaunting his new car revealed that he really enjoyed his tour in UK but he really like his home country, Nigeria as he returns back.
He tweeted, “Yankee dope o, but na Naija dey sweet me pass .”

In response to Rema’s tweet, an unidentified UNILAG student via the comment section reminds the singer of school as she disclosed that they have started exam.
The tweep wrote, “We have actually started exams dear.”

However, the above post has generated several reactions while many advised the tweep to face her studies as they noted that Rema is rich, full of connections and will come out in flying colours, others shared their contrary opinions. See below;
