Nigerians react to Ghana exit in the 2022 FIFA World Cup

Ghana came into the game with the memories of the Quater final match of the 2010 FIFA World Cup that was hosted in South Africa. The West Africans needed just a point against Uruguay to book a spot in the Round of 16 having secured three points in their first two games, following a victory against South Korea.

The major highlight of the game was Andre Ayew missing a penalty, however the goals from Giorgian de Arrascaeta was not enough to put the South Americans a place in the Round of 16.
