Popular Nigerian singer, Olamide has signed new artiste called Senth, to his record label, YBNL and by extension generated mixed reactions.
The singer took to his social media pages to welcome the new talent to his label while sharing an intro of his song.
Recall Olamide founded his record label, YBNL Nation known as Yahoo Boy No Laptop in the year 2012 and his well known for sourcing out the best talents who have made prominence into the Nigerian music industry.
Some of the artistes Olamide have signed since he started his label, YBNL Nation include, Lil Kesh, Viktoh, Chinko Ekun, Adekunle Gold, Xino, Davolee Lyta, Picazo Rhap, Pelepele (deceased), Limerick, Yomi blaze, Temmie Ovwasa.
However, as at the moment of filling this report, Fireboy DML and Asake are the only 2 artistes widely known that are presently signed to Olamide as the others mentioned above have left the record label.
Senth, the new artistes signed by Olamide to YBNL is an Afropop and Alternative Pop singer. He hails from the East and grew up in the Northern part of Nigeria.
According to him while in conversation with Moet Abebe on Sound City FM, he’d shared that his YBNL signing came at a low point in his music career and had been orchestrated by a friend.
Unveiling the new artiste, Olamide via his verified Twitter handle wrote; “Welcome to YBNL/Empire @senthmusic . Let’s fvck $hit up .” Watch the video below;
