Singer Oxlade explains why he cancelled his UK show

Talented Nigerian singer and songwriter, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, popularly known as Oxlade, slammed a promoter in the United Kingdom over agreement differences.

The ace vocalist, who is currently on his “Catch Oxy in Your City” world tour that will see him perform in cities and countries like Birmingham, Manchester, London, Dubai, and more, called out the UK-based Nigerian show promoter on the basis of lies.

Oxlade, who took to his Instagram page on Thursday October 13th, 2022, made it known that he wouldn’t work with that particular Nottingham promoter after they had promoted and sold tickets for a show that he knew nothing about. He wrote:

I wanted to keep quiet about this for a long time but the Nottingham promo guys are taking a piss…Promoting and selling out tickets i the artist Ddnt know about… same mf trying to spoil my brand and my image …. i’d come to you guys when i can ….

I posted my tour dates weeks ago … and that city was not in the list … that alone gives you the full load down… begging my team at the dying minute to make it work ddnt go well with me

6hours drive go-come from idn – nottingham Then having a 6am flight the next day to Cyprus will definitely make me fatigued

Please and please don’t let no body tarnish the love we got ….Promise never to ever work with this promoter ever again … saying “mr kulosa wanted a flight ?”
