Anthony Joshua was recently seen giving out cash to people in the street

Anthony Joshua was seen giving out wads of cash to fans who came out in their droves to meet the heavyweight star.

Joshua has returned home after his Middle Eastern conquest for heavyweight revenge against Oleksandr Usyk ended in despair once again after he lost their rematch last month. 'AJ' has been back in the gym however and has resumed training ahead of a potential title challenge against Tyson Fury.

The former two-time champion still lives in Watford where he grew up and is hugely popular with the community regularly coming out to spend time with the locals. And he has posted a video of himself in a lengthy engagement with fans at the Meriden Estate in North London.

Joshua was filmed taking pictures with young fans and greeting them, before beginning to shadow box in front of a growing crowd in the car park. Joshua then took a thick wad of cash from his bag and began handing it note by note to a group of delighted children, who beamed at the camera after the generous gesture.

Joshua will likely receive another huge boost to his wealth if he is to secure a fight with Fury down the line, with the event planned for December 3 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. The Briton's team have confirmed they have received the contract for the event, with work currently being done to iron out the minor details.
